Opis stanowiska
Nasze wymagania: English Language both written and spoken. Polish Language both written and spoken. Relevant IT Qualifications or proven track record of continuous professional improvement (e.g., MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, VCP). 1-2 years providing high-level, hands-on technical support to users. Experience managing support tickets in a ticketing system. Ability to create and resolve tickets to defined SLAs. Troubleshooting technology issues using various internal and external resources. Ensuring assets are responsibly maintained, inventoried, and/or disposed of properly. Knowledge of TCP/IP and network protocols. Valid European Driving Licence. Mile widziane: Familiarity with servers, Virtualization, Office 365, Cloud concepts, network, and enterprise storage technologies. Experience using Manage Engine Service Desk Plus. Experience with Citrix Workspace and Receiver. Networking experience in Palo Alto, Meraki. Tanium Endpoint management experience. MS Azure (advantage but not essential). O projekcie: Provide local and hands-on IT support for an expanding IT Team in a globally established organization. Zakres obowiązków: Provide local support of KLAW’s IT community (e.g., client hardware, software, active directory, storage, and KLAW Office 365 environment). Manage support tickets and answer support calls. Troubleshoot and diagnose IT user issues locally on-site. Escalate complex or known issues to Infrastructure or Applications support teams internally, and to support vendors. Ensure ticket completion to full resolution.
