You have good command of the English language. You have a minimum B1 level proficiency in the German language. You are open to flexible working hours. Prior experience working in large international organizations is considered advantageous. O projekcie: You will provide day-to-day IT support for business applications, ensuring their availability and smooth operation. In this role, you will handle user requests, analyze incidents, perform basic debugging, and resolve standard technical issues. You will cooperate closely with users and technical teams, gaining practical experience with application environments and support processes.
