Nasze wymagania: Required Qualifications & Experience: • Completed vocational training as an IT Systems Engineer / IT Specialist or a comparable IT qualification. • Several years of professional experience in IT support and system administration. • Proven experience in client management and IT helpdesk environments, with demonstrated problem solving capabilities. • Proficient use of Active Directory. • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, particularly SharePoint and Microsoft Teams. • Practical experience with SAP systems and supporting SAP users. • Very good written and spoken English skills. O projekcie: The IT Support & Project Specialist is responsible for ensuring stable, secure, and efficient IT operations across the organization. The role provides technical support to end users, manages client side IT services, supports SAP operations, coordinates with external vendors, and contributes to IT projects. The position plays a key role in maintaining operational continuity, information security, and service quality. Zakres obowiązków: IT Support & End User Services: • Provide first and second level support for end users, including PCs, printers, Microsoft Office applications, and mobile devices. • Deliver professional guidance and technical assistance to employees on IT related topics. • Diagnose, resolve, and document hardware and software incidents in accordance with internal procedures. • Conduct user training and onboarding related to new IT systems, tools, and applications. Hardware, Software & Vendor Management: • Install, configure, and maintain client hardware such as workstations, notebooks, and peripheral devices. • Deploy and support user based software applications. • Coordinate the procurement of hardware and software in line with business requirements and budget guidelines. • Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers and IT service providers in accordance with procurement policies. • Maintain accurate system and photo documentation of IT technical equipment across all Rotho sites. Network, Security & System Support: • Assist with network support activities, including basic infrastructure troubleshooting. • Implement and monitor compliance with data protection regulations and internal IT security policies. • Collaborate with internal IT teams and external partners to ensure secure, reliable, and compliant IT operations. SAP Support & Reporting: • Provide user support within the SAP environment. • Process and resolve SAP related service requests and incidents. • Create, maintain, and update SAP reports to meet business and operational requirements. Modern Workplace & Endpoint Management: • Support and administer Microsoft 365 services. • Contribute to client and device management activities, particularly using Microsoft Intune. Project Contribution & Project Management: • Participate in IT and cross functional projects. • Independently manage assigned IT projects, including planning, coordination, implementation, and documentation, in line with project governance standards.
