Wymagania: - Windows: Good understanding of the Windows environment, including simple registry tasks, with readiness to build deeper technical skills. - CMD: Use of key commands for navigation, opening files, and basic network checks (ping, ipconfig). - System Exploration: Proactive, curious attitude toward learning how different system components work. - Office 365: Confident use of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams; motivated to expand knowledge. - Reports & Data: Basic SQL skills and willingness to develop report-building abilities. - Languages: Communicates in German and English, supported by AI tools when needed. - Independence: Organizes work well and completes tasks on time. - Communication: Clear information sharing, supportive of colleagues, with potential to help onboard new team members later on. - On-Call: Available for Saturday on-call shifts (6:00–14:00). Nice to Have: Working with AI: Familiarity with or openness to using AI tools to support daily work (e.g., translations, automation, or data analysis). Codzienne zadania: - Provide technical support and resolve issues - reported by users of the D.3 application. - Act as a liaison between end users and the IT - department (developers, database administrators, - and business analysts). - Perform initial analysis of reported incidents and - escalate them to the development team when - necessary. - Conduct testing of developer fixes and ensure - quality before deployment. - Prepare and maintain process and user - documentation. - Deliver user training sessions on supported - software and best practices. - Analyze and report on recurring issues, incident - trends, and completed support tasks. - Actively contribute to improving support processes - and raising the overall quality of IT services.
