Wymagania: - Hands-on experience in onsite IT support or an internal IT team - Confident troubleshooting across both Windows and macOS - A natural ability to explain technical things to non-technical people patiently and clearly - Comfortable working independently and managing your own priorities in a busy office - A pragmatic, get-it-done mindset; you'd rather fix the problem than debate the theory Mile widziane: - Experience supporting a growing or fast-paced office environment - Familiarity with Microsoft 365 user administration & MDM solutions - Hands-on experience with meeting room AV and video conferencing equipment - Exposure to ticket-based support workflows (Jira, Freshdesk, or similar) O firmie: - Our platform provides customers with an immutable, historical archive of their data in systems such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Salesforce, Entra ID, Dynamics 365, and Zendesk. - We protect our customers against everything, ranging from ransomware to simple accidents. - The majority of our back-end components are written in clean, modern C++ using mainly purpose-built components. Components responsible for business processes and data mining are built using Common Lisp. Everything runs on Linux. - We pride ourselves on backing up billions of objects over foreign APIs using imperfect networks on systems with finite memory and making it all happen in a performant, reliable, and predictable way. Zakres obowiązków: - Set up and prepare laptops and peripherals so new hires are ready to go from day one - Provide face-to-face support at colleagues' desks, troubleshooting Windows and macOS issues, docks, monitors, headsets, and cables - Own the meeting room tech: make sure screens, cameras, and conferencing tools work before every important call - Manage hardware inventory, coordinate replacements, and keep track of what's deployed where - Handle first-line support tickets for hardware, operating systems, and standard applications - Support desk moves, office reconfigurations, and new equipment rollouts as the team grows - Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues that go beyond first-line troubleshooting - Follow and improve defined IT processes and escalation paths so nothing falls through the cracks Oferujemy: - Official employment – Umowa o pracę contract - 4 additional working days of vacation leave per full calendar year - 3 days of internal sick leave without a doctor`s note - Health and Life Insurance - Employee Capital Plan (PPK) - Multisport card compensation - Coverage of professional training sessions, meetups, etc. - English-speaking club with native speakers - Polish language classes - Internet and Glasses reimbursement - Cosy office in Krakow city centre (Długa, 72) with beverages, fruit, and cookies - Winter and summer parties, events, team-buildings
