IT Support Specialist

Nasze wymagania: At least 1 year of experience in IT support or a similar role. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Intermediate English level. Ability to work in a structured and customer-oriented way. Knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems. Mile widziane: Basic understanding of LAN/networking. Experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, or Microsoft Office. Experience with IT asset management. Technical education or studies related to IT. Zakres obowiązków: Provide professional and efficient IT support for end users. Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software. Troubleshoot and replace IT accessories and peripheral devices. Support hardware purchasing and replacement processes. Manage IT assets and inventory. Support physical LAN infrastructure and network patching. Create and maintain technical documentation in Confluence. Document workarounds, known issues, and standard procedures. Escalate incidents and requests to relevant IT teams when needed.
