The job Together with the Polish-Danish Team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to FOSS employees. We're looking for someone focused on effective user communication, eager to provide high-quality support in assigned areas, and collaborating closely with the Infrastructure and Business Applications (SAP, Salesforce, WWW) teams, also located in our Center. Zakres obowiązków: Providing support for hardware, software, and network issues via ticketing systems, phone, Teams, and email Registering, analyzing, and resolving incidents and service requests in accordance with SLAs Configuring and installing computers, applications, and peripheral devices Administering systems like Office 365, Exchange, SharePoint, and Active Directory Collaborating with higher-level support teams and external IT service providers Monitoring IT infrastructure performance and ensure high security standards Managing IT equipment inventory and coordinate hardware procurement processes Oferujemy: Employment contract Additional benefits such as Kafeteria MyBenefit, private health care in Allianz, private insurance in PZU Shift work (we cover shifts in the Mon-Fri 6:00-19:00 period) You can sign up for on-call shifts, and they come with extra pay Company lunch on Thursdays Co-financing of holiday Company integrations Employee Assistance Program – mental health program Jubilee award We work onsite but Fridays are remote
