Nasze wymagania: At least 6 months of experience in a technical support role, helpdesk, or IT service A valid Category B driving license and readiness to work daily using a company car (mandatory requirement) Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, MS Office, and basic principles of computer networks and Active Directory Ability to adapt quickly to new work environments and procedures (crucial when providing temporary support across different projects) English proficiency at a level enabling smooth communication and reading technical documentation A professional, customer-oriented approach and the ability to explain technical issues in a clear and simple manner Fluent Polish required O projekcie: We are looking for a person who is eager to develop their technical skills in a dynamic environment. If you already have some initial experience in IT, enjoy working with people, and are ready to carry out tasks in various locations across Cracow, this opportunity is for you. In this role, you will not be permanently assigned to a single project. As an IT Support Specialist, you will provide key technical support by handling on-demand requests for different clients and ensuring business continuity for teams during the absence of permanent staff.
