Nasze wymagania: 1–2 years of experience in a similar IT support role, good knowledge of M365 and Windows client administration, experience in IT incidents and service request handling, basic knowledge of IT asset and license management, good English communication skills (spoken and written), strong communication skills and service-oriented mindset, ability to work independently and as part of a team, hands-on and flexible working style, experience in user training, documentation, and technical communication is a plus. Zakres obowiązków: act as the local IT contact person and main interface between business departments and IT, process, coordinate, and escalate IT incidents and service requests, prepare and configure laptops, including hardware setup and provisioning (onboarding & offboarding), manage IT licenses and assets, including lifecycle management, support end users through trainings, user guidance, and technical support, create and maintain IT documentation, instructions, and technical communications.
