Nasze wymagania: Advanced German skills and a good command of English Willingness to learn and expand both technical and communication abilities Team-oriented mindset, flexibility, and the ability to maintain positive working relationships with clients and colleagues Previous experience in customer service is a plus Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to explain technical matters in a simple, user-friendly manner Zakres obowiązków: Deliver technical assistance to customers via phone and email Support users with issues such as password recovery, Internet connection problems, email configuration, and other basic technical questions Access clients' devices remotely to diagnose and resolve software-related difficulties Record daily incidents and actions taken in the ticketing system Identify and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues Escalate more complex cases to higher support tiers when required Provide clear and complete information to customers throughout the support process Oferujemy: Private medical care Multisport Card (MyBenefits) Opportunity for career development (trainings, courses) Additional paid leave Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
