Nasze wymagania: Are fluent in German (min. B2) and have communicative English (min. B1) Are eager to learn with an interest in technology Hold a Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) Enjoy working in an international environment and teams Are ready to work in shifts (24/5) Mile widziane: MS Products basic knowledge (MS Office (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive), Windows 10, Active Directory, Azure Cloud) Hardware (Notebook, Desktop) basic knowledge Network (LAN/WAN), Zscaler, basic knowledge Zakres obowiązków: Serve as L1 Support in the Global Support Team (infrastructure and/or applications) Provide user support (desktop, cloud services, etc.) Receive, analyze and resolve incidents via tickets, phone and email Troubleshoot MS products and perform root cause analysis Record, track and escalate incidents using a ticketing system Manage users, maintain knowledge base & FAQ, and support process automation projects Oferujemy: At thyssenkrupp GSG, we believe great work starts with employee.
