Junior IT Support

Nasze wymagania:
Comfortable with Windows/Linux
Familiarity/experience with MS Office / Microsoft 365 software
Practical knowledge of working in Active Directory
Use standard diagnostic tools and applications, including the command line and Windows tools
Experience and practical skills in diagnosing and resolving computer problems (hardware and software)
Good knowledge of computer hardware and operating systems
Basic knowledge of computer networks
Open-mindedness, an attitude to development, and acquiring new IT skills
Independence and commitment
A quality and team-oriented approach to work

O projekcie:
Currently, Andea is looking for a skilled, open-to-new-challenges Junior IT Support. We are looking for a part-time student available full-time during the week who can, and most importantly, enjoys handling service customers and solving their problems, or passing on to administrators and overseeing/escalating the resolution process.

Zakres obowiązków:
Responding to requests from Polish and English-speaking company employees (classic helpdesk - ongoing support and remote management and administration of access levels)
Identification and resolution of technical problems
Installation, configuration, and updating of software
Preparation of current documentation
Participation in internal projects within the IT department
Inventory of hardware and software
