Opis stanowiska

Nasze wymagania: Basic knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and software. Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn and develop technical skills. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Good communication skills in English and Polish(minimum B2 level). Availability to work on-site, especially during the first months; after the onboarding period, up to one day of remote work per week is possible. Zakres obowiązków: Provide first-line technical support to users (on-site and remote). Resolve user-reported issues via the Service Desk platform in accordance with ITIL/ITSM standards. Monitor and maintain assigned IT infrastructure and systems. Manage and track IT hardware assets (laptops, desktops, peripherals). Oversee and support the development of assigned IT tools and software. Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to resolve issues and implement solutions.
