About the role You will work as part of a 4-person team working with internal company infrastructure – both maintaining and actively improving and developing it. The main focus of this role is on hardware and onboarding/offboarding processes, however you will have lots of opportunities to develop in other areas as well – systems, networking, cloud and others. Project Infrastructure Scope of work As a team, we provide the company with an IT environment enabling them to achieve their goals – from the sales department to developers. We face Hardware, Network, and Admin challenges daily on each support line (1st, 2nd, 3rd). Tech stack Atlassian, Google Workspace, JumpCloud, macOS Challenges The main challenge is providing our associates with the highest support standards and a reliable work environment in a rapidly growing organisation. Wymagania: What we expect in general - Strong skills in the installation, configuration and problem solving of a wide range of operating systems, software & utilities including operating systems (mainly macOS) - Solid PC Hardware skills – competent in all aspects of PC / laptop / peripheral installation, repair, parts replacement and configuration, etc. - Strong communication skills - Communicative English & Polish, both written and verbal - Strong communication skills Nice to have - IT background (eg. IT courses, education related to computer science or any technical college) - Skills in the Office software (MS Excel / Google Sheets, MS Word / Google Docs; most commons functions) - Knowledge of ITAM solutions - Knowledge of MDM systems - Knowledge of ticketing systems - Basics of scripting and automation solutions - Knowledge of security standards and solutions - Experience in a similar role - Proficient in using technology and navigating multiple systems Seems lots of expectations, huh?
