Our goal? To be the most dynamic, energetic, and reliable player in the market. And for that, we need you. We are looking for a Junior Operations Integration Engineer to join the CORP Open team. This role focuses on ensuring the operability, stability, and continuous improvement of IT solutions in production (RUN), while supporting integration, automation, and DevOps best practices. The consultant will act as a technical integrator, collaborating with IT, production teams, and external partners to ensure service continuity and efficient deployment processes. Key Responsibilities: • Ensure the operability of solutions in RUN, including CMDB updates, documentation, and management of obsolescence and vulnerabilities (MCO) • Manage incidents and problems following ITIL v4 best practices • Guarantee business continuity and service availability (PSI) • Perform scheduled interventions, including occasional out-of-hours (HNO) activities • Automate deployment processes and execute production releases when required • Support solution delivery in coordination with Project Managers and ScrumOps teams • Act as a technical bridge between development, operations, and infrastructure teams • Ensure adherence to DevOps best practices (automation, security, observability) • Contribute to continuous improvement of operational processes and system reliability Required Skills & Experience: • Junior profile with initial experience in IT operations, production, or system integration • Knowledge of ITIL processes (incident and problem management) • Understanding of DevOps practices (CI/CD, automation, monitoring) • Familiarity with production environments and RUN activities • Basic understanding of CMDB, infrastructure, and application lifecycle • Strong communication and coordination skills • Ability to work in an international, multi-team environment Nice to Have: • Experience with scheduling tools or deployment pipelines • Exposure to cloud or hybrid environments • Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools 📩 Interested?
