Mile widziane:
First experience with SAP, ERP, WMS, MES, or another business application
Basic understanding of processes such as production, warehouse, purchasing, sales, logistics, quality, or finance
Experience in IT support, helpdesk, key-user support, administration, or operations
Experience in a manufacturing, logistics, or industrial environment
Familiarity with ticketing tools

We are looking for a Junior SAP & Business Application Support Specialist to join our IT / Business Applications team in Poland.
In this role, you will support business users with questions and issues related to SAP, SAP Digital Manufacturing, our WMS system, and other business applications. You will work closely with colleagues from IT, production, warehouse, logistics, and other departments to understand how our systems support daily operations.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is early in their career and wants to grow in SAP, application support, manufacturing processes, warehouse processes, and business process improvement.
Zakres obowiązków:
Provide first-line support for SAP, SAP Digital Manufacturing, the WMS system, and related applications
Register, analyze, and follow up on support tickets
Help troubleshoot user questions and basic application issues
Escalate more complex issues to senior colleagues, external partners, or internal IT teams
Support users in daily operational processes such as production, warehouse, logistics, purchasing, sales, quality, or finance
Assist in testing changes, improvements, and new functionalities
Help maintain user documentation, manuals, and support procedures
Learn how business processes are supported by SAP, Digital Manufacturing, WMS, and other systems
Identify recurring questions or issues and suggest improvements
