You’ll help us drive user retention and engagement by maintaining a flawless library of live video content and pitch animations, ensuring every event on our platform is powered by high-quality, real-time data. What you’ll drive: Content Mapping & Integration • Own the mapping of live video streams and pitch animations to specific sports events on the platform. • Expand the streaming database by proactively searching for and integrating alternative content sources. • Ensure the accuracy of sports content by cross-referencing data with internal tracking systems. Operational Monitoring & Quality Control • Monitor sports content and data tracking in real-time to prevent service gaps. • Identify and track non-working or incorrectly functioning broadcasts and animations. • Maintain and update databases, ensuring all information is structured and easily accessible for other teams. Technical Support & Provider Relations • Partner with content providers to resolve technical streaming issues swiftly. • Support clients by diagnosing and fixing video streaming disruptions. • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to process requests and escalate critical bugs. What makes you a GR8 fit: Must-have • Sports Enthusiast: Solid knowledge of various sports, rules, and the structure of international leagues/tournaments. • Data-Savvy: Ability to handle large volumes of data with high attention to detail and proficiency in Google Sheets/MS Excel. • Technical Literacy: Confident PC user with an understanding of streaming platforms (YouTube, Twitch, etc.). • Language: English at a B1 level or higher (capable of professional written communication), native Ukrainian or Russian. • Adaptability: Ready to work in a fast-paced environment with a shift-based schedule (including morning and evening rotations). • Problem Solver: Ability to quickly identify root causes of operational issues under pressure. Nice-to-have • Previous experience in a support or monitoring role within the iGaming or Sportsbook industry. • Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas and data visualization). • Experience working with external B2B content providers.
