Nasze wymagania: Fluency in English and Danish (minimum B1/B2) Proficiency in MS Office & Outlook Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills Team player with the ability to prioritize and troubleshoot effectively Experience in Service Desk or Customer Support is a plus Familiarity with ITIL, ServiceNow, KCS, or Microsoft O365 is an advantage O projekcie: Join Arla’s in-house Service Desk, where you'll play a crucial role in assisting our colleagues on the English line.
