Unleash the Power of Connectivity — Shape the Future of Wi-Fi Networks Krakow-based opportunity with hybrid work model (up to 3 days remote per week). As a Junior to Mid-Level Wi-Fi Support Specialist – Network Operations, you will be working for our client, a leading global financial institution committed to delivering seamless network and telecommunication services across numerous countries. You will play a crucial role in supporting Wi-Fi infrastructure, ensuring reliable connectivity, and driving continuous improvements to maintain top-tier service quality. Your main responsibilities: • Support Wi-Fi incidents globally and provide expert resolution to ensure minimal service disruption. • Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams, including Incident Management, during crisis situations to coordinate swift recovery efforts. • Work as part of a global Network Operations Center (NOC), contributing to incident analysis and problem solving alongside diverse teams of engineers and vendors. • Drive down infrastructure outages and prevent recurrence through proactive monitoring and improvements. • Assist in Post Incident Reviews, ensuring root causes are identified and actionable strategies are implemented. • Collaborate with service providers to ensure contractual obligations are met and foster continuous service improvements. You're ideal for this role if you have: • Minimum 2 years of experience in Wi-Fi or data network support. • Solid understanding of Wi-Fi infrastructure, data network topologies, and protocols. • Technical skills in incident handling and resolution. • Knowledge of ITIL or Agile frameworks. • Strong collaboration skills and a proactive drive to improve service quality. • Willingness to learn new telecoms technologies and supporting tools. It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)• Certifications in networking or telecom (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+). Language Required for the role: • Fluent English (good command).
