Opis stanowiska
Nasze wymagania:
We are looking for a proactive and communicative IT professional who:
• Has at least one year's experience in IT support or a similar role
• Demonstrates ownership and follows incidents through to resolution
• Has excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Works effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Has a cooperative and solution-oriented mindset
• Is flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities
Languages
• English – required (daily work in international environment)
• Polish – required (local user support)
• German or French – nice to have / strong asset
Zakres obowiązków:
Provide deskside support, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues (laptops, PCs, mobile devices, printers)
Act as a local point of contact for technical teams and provide remote hands support where required
Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee moves (joiners/leavers/movers processes)
Assist with installation, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of systems and applications
Provide meeting room and AV support, including video conferencing and presentations
Ensure clear communication with users regarding progress of incidents and service requests
Maintain asset and stock management
Document incidents, requests, and resolutions in the ITSM system
Maintain and update knowledge base documentation
Travel to other offices in Poland if required to provide on-site support
Participate in project work and provide support during major service outages, occasionally outside standard business hours
