As a Mid-Level Deskside Support Technician, you will be working for our client, committed to maintaining operational excellence and delivering outstanding user experiences. Your main responsibilities: • Handle Level 1 and Level 2 hardware and software incidents to ensure quick resolution and minimal downtime • Install, configure, and maintain Windows 10/11 workstations for optimal performance • Prepare and deploy IT equipment, including PCs, phones, and printers, in a timely manner • Manage user accounts in Active Directory to maintain security and access controls • Support users with Microsoft 365 tools such as Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive • Handle first-level network incidents to ensure smooth connectivity • Manage IT stock, track hardware assets, and support deployment phases • Provide on-site support to maintain high internal user satisfaction and operational effectiveness You're ideal for this role if you have: • At least 2 years of experience in user support within a structured IT environment • Proficiency in working with Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 suite • Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues • Excellent communication skills in English (fluent level) • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously on-site with organization and attention to detail It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Support Technician • Experience with ticketing tools and LAN/WAN environments Language Required for the role: • Fluent English Eligibility for the role: • Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role. #MAKEYourCareerBETTER Interested?
