Warsaw-based opportunity with hybrid work modelAs a Mid-Level IT Support Specialist, you will be working for our client, a leading player in online banking. You will be an essential part of the IT support team, responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting a wide range of IT systems and software to ensure seamless banking operations. This role offers a dynamic environment where innovation and continuous learning thrive, providing an ideal platform for career growth. Your main responsibilities: • Provide technical support for MS Windows, MS365, Exchange, and other Microsoft tools/software • Manage and troubleshoot computer systems and technical devices • Address issues related to internet technology, networking, mobile (Android), and security • Learn and apply new knowledge quickly and effectively • Communicate clearly with clients, maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor • Work collaboratively within a team to ensure efficient support operations • Document and track customer interactions and technical issues • Participate in a rotating shift system to ensure support coverage You're ideal for this role if you have: • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar IT support role • Strong knowledge of MS Windows, MS365, Exchange, and other MS tools/software • Hands-on experience or genuine interest in AI and machine learning, with a willingness to grow in this area • Advanced technical expertise in managing and troubleshooting computers and devices • Good understanding of internet technology, networking, mobile (Android), and security issues • Ability to learn quickly and expand your knowledge continuously • Clear diction and a pleasant voice, with excellent client-facing skills • Proficiency in English at a communicative level • Willingness to work in a rotating shift system It is a strong plus if you have: • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence • Previous experience in customer service and user support Language Required for the role: • Polish – Good command required Eligibility for the role: • Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role. #MAKEYourCareerBETTER Interested?
