Our teams work across international projects, providing end-to-end support in areas such as digital workplace, cloud services, and IT infrastructure, with a strong focus on innovation and continuous improvement.Modern Workplace & M365 Engineer About the Role We are seeking a hands-on Senior Modern Workplace & M365 Engineer to design, implement, and support modern workplace infrastructure. The role focuses on managing Intune/Azure AD–based environments and delivering advanced Level 3 support. Additionally, you will support and optimize Microsoft Teams Rooms solutions across a large-scale, global environment. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement modern workplace infrastructure solutions • Provide 3rd-line (L3) support: troubleshooting, incident & change management • Perform maintenance, OS updates, security patching, and tooling upgrades • Automate and industrialize operational processes • Manage Microsoft Intune, Azure AD, and Windows 10/11 endpoints • Support deployment and optimization of Microsoft Teams Rooms (1,200+ meeting rooms globally) • Create and maintain technical documentation • Transfer knowledge to offshore Level 1/2 teams • Ensure compliance with security and audit requirements • Work in Agile/Scrum teams and drive continuous improvement Required Skills & Experience • Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure AD • Excellent knowledge of Windows 10/11 and endpoint management • Scripting skills (PowerShell) with an automation mindset • Solid understanding of networking and security fundamentals • Experience with hardware vendors: Dell, Lenovo, HP, Logitech, Poly • Strong documentation and technical writing skills • Experience with Microsoft Teams / Teams Rooms (preferred) Soft Skills & Additional Requirements • Flexibility for occasional overtime or weekend work (important) • Strong communication, teamwork, and customer-oriented mindset • Experience with ITIL and Agile/Scrum methodologies (nice to have) • Fluent English (mandatory) Project Details • Industry: Financial • Project Methodology: Mix of Scrum & Waterfall • Travel: Not required • Remote Work: 100% remote
