Codzienne zadania: - Primary Responsibility is to Support Telecoms incidents globally and provide expertise in resolution. - Have good working knowledge of Telecoms infrastructure and associated components. - Working as part of a global NOC team. - Monitor our infrastructure. Raising vendor tickets and facilitate the recovery without impacting service. - Work with Incident managers and other teams & provide required inputs regarding Data Centre incidents. - Work within global diverse team of engineers and vendors to provide support on a “follow the Sun” basis. Willing to work shifts and weekends. - Recovery of IT systems and support services in accordance with agreed business/IT service levels in conjunction with technical support teams and in line with incident management processes. - Drive down infrastructure service outages and repeat failures. - Ensure global standards are set and adhered to. - Work with Service Providers, ensuring they meet their contractual commitments and work with them on Continuous Improvement.
