Network Support Engineer

O projekcie: Niemiecki klient z branży energetycznej potrzebuje do zespołu Network Support Engineera do obsługi incydentów i zmian oraz konfiguracji i utrzymania sieci. Minimum doświadczenia: 1 rok. Praca hybrydowa z biura w Katowicach, Krakowie, Łodzi, Szczecinie, Warszawie lub Wrocławiu. Pierwszy kontrakt na rok, ale zakłądamy współpracę długofalową. Wymagania: Min criteria: Min experience: 1 year   Must have skills: - CCNA-level networking knowledge. - Hands-on experience with Cisco or Aruba routing and switching. - Hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls. - Hands-on experience with Cisco Wireless technology - Experience with public cloud (Azure) and load balancers (Citrix Netscalers) will be a bonus point. Codzienne zadania: - Incident and change management for the existing network infrastructure. - Providing on-call support for the client outside of standard business hours. - Configuration and maintenance of hybrid network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, wireless controllers, and load balancers. - Maintenance of network documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness. - Proactive improvement of the existing network infrastructure to enhance stability, security, and performance. - Collaboration with internal and external teams, including vendors, during day-to-day operations.
