Opis stanowiska
Nasze wymagania:
Very good English skills (min. B2) – used daily at work.
Student status or first professional experience.
Availability to work in a 24/7 (8h) shift-based schedule.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and develop.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, Outlook, Teams).

Interest in data analysis or business operations.
Basic knowledge of Power BI, SharePoint, or Microsoft tools.
Zakres obowiązków:
Provide first-line support for users via email, phone, and MS Teams.
Handle service requests and tickets in internal systems.
Support coordination of operational tasks and incident handling.
Monitor requests and ensure timely resolution.
Prepare basic reports (Excel, Power BI).
Maintain accurate data and documentation.
Cooperate with international teams.
