Opis stanowiska
Nasze wymagania: 3+ years of experience in a PMO support, project coordination, or similar role within a technology or IT services environment. Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Power PPM. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and governance frameworks. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Willing to work with hybrid mode: minimum 2 days WFO Mile widziane: Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM) is an advantage. Experience in financial oversight or portfolio management. Exposure to agile and waterfall project delivery models. Prior experience in multinational environments. O projekcie: As a PMO Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational alignment, governance, and execution across service domains. This position supports the effective delivery of change initiatives, upholds compliance with organizational standards, and facilitates seamless project execution. Your contributions will directly impact the successful realization of strategic objectives, operational efficiency, and continuous process improvement within the organization. Zakres obowiązków: Support in Operational Alignment & Compliance: Assist Service Domain change initiatives in adhering to project management procedures, Nordea delivery standards, and mandatory artefacts (as per Delivery Guide @Nordea). Support in Planning & Dependency Management: Help coordinate Service Domain level planning, manage dependencies, prioritization, and change requests. Support in Governance & Financial Oversight: Maintain governance systems (Confluence / Jira / Power PPM), ensure compliance with Group standards, and assist with financial management for portfolio requirements. Support in Programme Roadmap & Masterplan Management: Administer and maintain Service Domain roadmap; assist in consolidating and keeping the masterplan consistent, complete, and aligned across workstreams. Support in Risk, Issue & Resource Management: Facilitate risk and issue management per Group standards; ensure timely qualitative and quantitative risk identification and mitigation. Support in Communication & Reporting: Assist Service Domain Portfolio Execution leads in driving governance, upward reporting, and communication within and across Service Domains.
