Presales Engineer (Cloud ACS)

Join our Presales team and play a key role in winning new Cloud ACS customers. Help prospects understand the value of our cutting-edge device management platform, validate their use cases, and support successful deal closing from the very first interaction. Key responsibilities • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with prospects • Prepare and manage Proof of Concepts and trial environments • Analyze customer requirements and align them with Cloud ACS capabilities • Address technical questions, including RFPs and security or architecture assessments • Cooperate closely with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure a smooth handover after contract signing Requirements • Proactive, customer-oriented professional with experience in pre-sales or technical customer-facing roles • Comfortable discussing technical requirements and engaging confidently with customers • Ability to quickly learn complex technical products • Basic understanding of network protocols • Strong communication and presentation skills • Fluency in English (verbal and written); second language (German - highly valued, Spanish, French, or Italian - a plus).
