Within the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team, our focus is on enhancing engineering practices and developing tools that empower our teams. As an IT specialist, you will be expected to identify and implement innovative solutions. Nice to have - Experience working on projects within the banking industry. - Understanding of roles and responsibilities across Front Office, Product Control, Operations, and Finance. - Demonstrated ability to collaborate with global teams from diverse cultural backgrounds. - Knowledge of exchange traded instruments. Codzienne zadania: - Lead the Production Support Service team in FX Options. - Drive compliance for Risk & Controls. - Coordinate with broader Markets IT to align RTB (Run the Bank) activity and associated KPIs. - Manage audit and compliance topics with functional pods. - Define best practices for production management in collaboration with development leads. - Oversee the team’s tooling applications and foster a collaborative environment with other pod leads. - Support and deploy systems using best practices across FXO teams. - Work closely with business stakeholders in London, Hong Kong, New York, and other centres, coordinating globally to ensure production stability and project delivery.
