Regional IT Infrastructure Manager (f/m)

Nasze wymagania: We are looking a person with strong technical foundations who enjoys leading people and delivering high‑quality IT services. Proven experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure environments, Experience leading and coordinating teams (including distributed teams), Strong knowledge of networking, servers, storage, virtualization and cloud platforms, Experience with IT service management frameworks (e.g. ITIL), Solid project and time‑management skills, Experience working with IT budgets, vendors and cost optimization, Fluent English (daily working language), Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes within the region. Mile widziane: Experience in regional or international IT roles, Knowledge of additional languages from the region, Experience with infrastructure modernization or cloud transformation projects. Zakres obowiązków: Leadership & Management: • Lead, develop and mentor the regional IT Infrastructure team - IT Infrastructure engineers responsible for infrastructure, networking, systems and workplace services. • Coordinate projects, priorities and daily operations, • Collaborate closely with country management across the region, • Manage vendors, subcontractors and service providers, • Ensure effective cooperation between regional and corporate IT teams, • Apply agile principles to project and service delivery. Design & Build: • Define and execute the regional IT infrastructure strategy, • Design and deploy standardized infrastructure services, • Ensure compliance with global policies, security and governance, • Balance business needs, technology and security, • Communicate progress and decisions to stakeholders. Run & Support: • Ensure availability, performance and security of IT services, • Oversee incident, problem, change and request management, • Monitor and mitigate infrastructure risks, • Support critical incidents and complex issue resolution, • Ensure service quality and positive user experience across the region.
