O projekcie: We're looking for IT Support Engineer. This role provides advise/expertise regarding business requests, ensures operations for IT services and solutions for own region including integration, own area functions and business processes. Influences own organizational unit. Wymagania: Must - have - Professional in Infrastructure Systems (Endpoint Management, Network & Communication, Server, Storage & Cloud computing, Identity Management) - 2 years of Business knowledge - University degree in IT or equivalent combination of education and experience - English Level: B2 - Professional in Infrastructure Systems (Endpoint Management, Network & Communication, Server, Storage & Cloud computing, Identity Management) - 2 years of Business knowledge - University degree in IT or equivalent combination of education and experience - English Level: B2 Nice to have - ERP, CRM, PLM, Quality & MES, SRM, Financial Reporting and Management, HCM, Integration Services, IT Service - Management tools, Business analytics Systems - Business process knowledge: - Intermediate in Financial processes, HCM processes, Sales processes, Sourcing processes, Production processes, Logistics processes, Quality processes, PDM processes, CAX processes, EDI supported processes - IT Service Management processes for Automotive Suppliers (JIT/JIS, Supply - Chain, Delivery Order, Advanced Shipping, Invoicing) Codzienne zadania: - Responsible for building and running IT services - Analyzing IT system incidents and problems, inefficiencies and weaknesses. - Training staff to use the new IT system - Business partnering for key users & process teams - Contribution to incident management and problem management
