Nasze wymagania: • Windows 10/11 administration • Microsoft 365 multi-tenant administration • Windows Active Directory and Group Policy • Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) • Remote troubleshooting tools (ScreenConnect, RDP, or equivalent) • Strong communication skills in English and Polish • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently Mile widziane: • Firewall configuration (Netgate/pfSense) • Backup solutions (Acronis, Veeam) • Duo Security • Industry-specific software experience • CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+, Microsoft 365 certifications, or CCNA Zakres obowiązków: Desktop, Email & Application Support • Microsoft 365 administration across multiple tenants (Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, mail flow) • Windows workstation and laptop deployment, configuration, and remote troubleshooting • User onboarding and offboarding (accounts, email, permissions, MFA, licenses) • Email migration, spam filtering (SpamTitan), and phishing response • Industry-specific business application support Infrastructure & Security • Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP management • Security incident response and access control enforcement • Multi-factor authentication (Duo Security) and endpoint protection (ESET) management • Firewall, switch, and wireless access point configuration • VPN setup and maintenance with MFA integration • Server and backup administration (Acronis, Veeam)
