Nasze wymagania:
5+ years of hands-on SAP WM/EWM experience, including at least one full lifecycle implementation
SAP WM/EWM certification required; SAP MM is a strong advantage
Experience in GxP-regulated environments and warehouse/inventory processes
Practical knowledge of SAP Solution Manager, Jira, and support processes
Strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and excellent English communication

Zakres obowiązków:
As SAP Warehouse Management (WM) Subject Matter Expert, you will be the primary domain expert for warehouse management processes within a global SAP Competence Center. You will help shape and support warehouse operations so they are optimized, compliant, and fit for purpose in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
In this role, you will design, configure, and test SAP WM/EWM solutions for inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse processes, with a strong focus on GxP/CSV compliance, batch management, and process integration across MM, SD, PP, QM, and LE. You will also own 1st- and 2nd-level support activities, coordinate external partners for escalations, and take incidents from analysis through resolution. Beyond support, you will contribute to projects, enhancements, user training, documentation, stakeholder workshops, and continuous improvement initiatives across global warehouse processes.
