Nasze wymagania: 5+ years of experience in managing global, IT Support or Service Desk teams, Coming from hands-on technical support background, Knowledge of ITSM frameworks, Experience in driving operational excellence, Experience in vendor managment, Experience in leading internal projects. Zakres obowiązków: Overseeing the IT global IT support strategy, Leading and mentoring IT support teams, Enhancing operational efficiency through optimizing ITIL processes and establishing and monitoring KPIs, Budget and vendor management, International business travel, approx. 2 weeks/quarter.
