Nasze wymagania: fluency in English, Greek and Polish (at least B2), familiarity with computer hardware construction, knowledge of MS Windows 8/8.1/10. and MS Office 2013/2016/2019 package, team-oriented attitude. high-level communication skills. Zakres obowiązków: processing reports of technical problems as 1st Line Telephone Customer Service, forwarding requests to other departments if no other solution is possible, ensuring the quality of communication,registering and analyzing reports, suggesting improvements and optimizations, diagnosing the problems and trying to solve them.
