Nasze wymagania: Familiarity with any ticketing tool would be a plus Willingness to work in shifts between 7 am - 12 pm (8 h) from the office in Wrocław Basic knowledge of Windows (including CMD and Event Viewer most preferably) and popular software Experience in IT support environment Problem-solving approach and a customer-first mindset - be a pro! Great communication skills and a team-player attitude - team work is dream work! Fluent in French and English (written and spoken) - we like different cultures here!
