Wymagania: - Solid understanding of Data Network topologies and protocols. - Hands-on experience with telecom infrastructure and related components. - Familiarity with ITIL and Agile methodologies. - Strong communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams. - Proactive approach to service improvement and problem-solving. - Willingness to learn new technologies and tools in the telecom domain. Codzienne zadania: - Act as the primary point of contact during telecom incidents, providing leadership and technical guidance to resolve issues quickly and effectively. - Monitor global infrastructure, raise vendor tickets, and coordinate recovery efforts without impacting business operations. - Collaborate closely with Incident Managers, technical teams, and service providers to ensure smooth resolution of Data Centre and network-related incidents. - Work within a global NOC team on a “follow the Sun” model, including shift and weekend coverage, to maintain 24/7 operational support. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing incident data, reducing outages, and preventing repeat failures. - Ensure compliance with global standards and contractual obligations, while fostering strong relationships with vendors and partners. - Contribute to process enhancements and adopt best practices aligned with ITIL and Agile frameworks.
