Opis stanowiska
• Minimum 1–2 years experience with ServiceNow SAM Pro module. • Strong experience in ServiceNow ITOM. • Hands-on experience with system integrations listed above. • Ability to work independently and remotely, managing European working hours. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate functional requirements into technical solutions. Main Responsibilities Translate functional requirements into technical specifications and user stories. • Execute and implement SAM & ITOM solutions according to scope. • Integrate ServiceNow with multiple systems, including: • Oracle – ensure agents receive correct rights for pattern execution and data retrieval. • Single Sign-On (SSO) – integrate with Microsoft Entra ID to track software usage across applications. • Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform. • IBM / Red Hat systems. • SAP ABAP and SAP SuccessFactors. • GitHub. • Implement ITOM Discovery using Agent Client Collector. • (Low priority) Enhance current integrations for Miro, Jira, Confluence, DocuSign, Slack to move from Managed File Transfer (MFT) to direct ServiceNow integration. 20.04.2026 – 29.09.2026 - project may be extended
