Wymagania: - You bring 3+ years of hands‑on experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery implementations. - You have a strong understanding of HR processes and HR digital transformation initiatives. - You can translate business requirements into technical design and configuration. - You have practical experience with JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow configuration. - You are familiar with REST/SOAP integrations and authentication frameworks such as SSO and SAML. - You know additional ServiceNow suites (e.g., ITSM, CMDB, CSM) — a strong plus. - You communicate effectively with stakeholders and demonstrate a consultancy mindset. - You speak English fluently (C1). Zakres obowiązków: - You will design and configure ServiceNow HRSD modules such as Case Management, Employee Service Center, Knowledge, and Lifecycle Events. - You will translate business and process requirements into scalable, maintainable ServiceNow HRSD solutions. - You will build automated workflows, service processes, and integrations with HR systems and enterprise applications. - You will enhance HR service delivery by improving usability, process efficiency, and employee experience. - You will participate in testing activities, prepare documentation, and support solution handover. - You will advise clients on HRSD for good practices, platform capabilities, and optimal solution approaches.
