ServiceNow HRSD Consultant

Introduction & Summary:The ServiceNow HRSD Consultant will focus on the development and configuration of Human Resources service delivery solutions within ServiceNow. Key skills include extensive experience (minimum 8 years) in designing HR Case Management and HR Services, alongside the ability to optimize user experience and ensure data segregation.Main Responsibilities:This role involves the setup and customization of various HR service delivery components. Core duties include: • Designing and configuring HR Case Management and HR Services. • Developing custom HR Case templates and Record Producers. • Creating and customizing the Employee Center / Service Portal for HR users. • Configuring HR Service Catalog items and Knowledge Articles. • Developing HR widgets and portal pages. • Ensuring optimal user experience and role-based visibility. • Providing support for incidents on the ServiceNow platform and driving timely resolutions. Key Requirements:Must have the following qualifications and skills: • 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow HRSD. • Proven expertise in HR Case Management and HR Services. • Strong capability in configuring HR Service Catalog items. • Experience in developing Employee Center / Service Portal functionalities. • Proficiency in ensuring UX optimization and data segregation. • Fluent in English. Nice to Have:Preferred additional skills include: • Experience with HR widgets and portal page customizations. • Knowledge of best practices in HR service delivery. • Familiarity with other ServiceNow modules.
