Summary: The role of a ServiceNow Solution Developer focuses on leveraging AI technology to develop transformative solutions within the ServiceNow platform, ultimately enhancing patient care through innovation. Main Responsibilities: • Designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions using AI. • Developing integration frameworks to connect ServiceNow with external platforms. • Collaborating with architects and teams to ensure adherence to best practices. • Contributing to technical documentation and development standards. • Maintaining data quality and managing risks associated with data issues. • Supporting the evolution and reliability of ServiceNow's AI capabilities. • Gathering and prioritizing requirements from business stakeholders. Key Requirements: • Over 6 years of experience in IT with a software development background. • 2+ years of hands-on development in ServiceNow. • Proficiency in JavaScript and code optimization in structured IDEs. • Experience with AI-powered coding tools. • Familiarity with LLM integration patterns. • Strong technical writing skills. • Experience with SAFe and ITIL methodologies. • Exceptional communication skills in English. Nice to Have: • Proficiency with Git version control.
