Opis stanowiska

O projekcie: Fieldcode is a Field Service Management (FSM) software created from 20 years of global field service expertise, with the highest customer service standards, that is working towards climate positivity. We are looking for a curious and analytical mind to join our Customer Success & Support Team. As a Solution Engineer at Fieldcode, you will be in direct contact with our customers to translate their field service management processes into a solution in Fieldcode: from discovery and scoping of the requirements to the configuration and support of the solution with the support of the Customer Success & Support Teams, Project Management, Technical Support, and Training.  We offer: - A secure job in an innovative, international software company. - A company that not only achieves economic success but also works hard to make the world a better place. - We invest heavily in research into high-quality technologies with a drastic impact on CO2 reduction. Wymagania: - Great communication: English and German (B2/C1). - Customer support experience. - Analytical and broad problem-solving skills. - Ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa. - High level of intellectual curiosity. - A good understanding of data modeling ERDs and RESTful APIs, JSON payloads. - Ability to switch between different environments, adapt, and learn new skills and processes quickly. - Ability to create and maintain process documentation. Codzienne zadania: - Ensure that customer expectations are fully understood, and the expected value is delivered through our technical solution. - Be responsible for end-to-end project implementation in cooperation with the Project Manager. - Provide required technical support directly to the customers during the whole project life cycle. - Prioritize multiple enhancements, projects, and initiatives simultaneously. - Collaborate closely with the Product Department and Developer teams on bug fixes and new features. - Maintain project and process documentation. - Configure workflows, processes, and software customization. - Support and enhance the already implemented solutions and processes.
