This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about IT who is looking to further develop their technical knowledge and experience within a global organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving IT issues, installing and maintaining hardware and software, and providing day-to-day support to local colleagues, networks, and systems. To succeed in this role, you should have a solid understanding of computer systems, applications, and networks, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You should be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment, while managing multiple priorities effectively. As this role reports directly to our Head of End User Services, a good level of English proficiency is essential. Zakres obowiązków: Responding to IT support requests from staff and customers via phone, email, or chat Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues Install, configure, and update IT equipment and software Provide training and guidance to users on how to use IT tools and applications Assisting with IT projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, backups, etc. Document IT procedures, policies, and best practices Monitor and maintain IT inventory, security, and performance Collaborate with other IT staff and external vendors as needed Remain current regarding IT trends and developments Oferujemy: 6-month employment contract with the possibility of extension (depending on the contract type) Monday to Friday working schedule (08:00–16:00) Full training and onboarding support to help you succeed in your new role Excellent opportunity to use and develop your foreign language skills in a daily international environment Competitive benefits package including life insurance, Medicover medical and dental care (with options for family members), holiday subsidies, multisport card, company events, anniversary awards, and Christmas gifts An additional day off to celebrate your birthday Free transport to and from our Stobno office
