Wymagania: - Prior experience in a customer-focused end-user support role is valuable. This could include roles like Help Desk Technician, Desktop Support Specialist, or similar positions - Polish & English language proficiency (essential for client's communication purposes) - Customer-Focused Support: Experience in a customer-focused end-user support function covering EUC and software/OS installations and support - Incident Resolution: Proficiency in incident resolution, requests, changes, and problem-solving activities delivered within agreed service level agreements (SLAs) - Microsoft Product Knowledge: Good knowledge of Microsoft’s product offerings, including high-level capabilities and competitor products O firmie: - We are present in four major Polish cities: Łódź, Wrocław and Kraków. - The respective centers are supported by qualified professionals, providing BPM, HRO and ITO services for some of the largest clients in the world in over 28 languages. In Łódź alone there are at least 2,200 specialists, making Infosys one of the most important players in the service sector in Poland. - Our Infosys BPM Poland key business process outsourcing service areas are tax management, master data management, finance and accounting, sourcing and procurement, business transformation projects, and auditing. - With the implementation of Lean Methodology across the industry, we have focused on improving the business processes. The transformation of the Business Process Management (BPM) industry reflects the fact that the nature of work in the enterprise has moved beyond just processing transactions to management of a client’s end-to-end business process as a partner. Zakres obowiązków: - Application and OS Maintenance: Provide maintenance and support services for applications and operating systems, either directly to users or through service delivery functions - Diagnostic Troubleshooting: Gather extensive diagnostic information, analyze problems, and resolve issues related to end-user computing (EUC) devices - Incident and Problem Management: Investigate and resolve incidents and problems affecting EUC devices, peripherals, and installed software - Performance Monitoring: Monitor and address performance-related issues - User Training and Advice: Provide advice, training, and corrections (permanent or temporary) to users - Documentation and Enhancements: Update or create documentation, manipulate data, and define enhancements - Collaboration: Collaborate closely with colleagues specializing in different areas (e.g., database administration, network support), vendors, and third-party support provider Oferujemy: - Performance bonus twice a year - Employee referral program bonus - Opportunity for professional growth through internal movement (horizontal or vertical) and internal trainings online/onsite - Access to training platform (self-learning), domain/soft/technical skills training - Possibility to use English&Polish languages on a daily basis min.
