Support Specialist with SQL

Nasze wymagania: Experience with SQL, including writing queries (e.g., SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE), troubleshooting database issues, understanding relational concepts (joins, indexes, constraints), and ensuring data integrity Ability to write and optimize SQL queries Analytical thinking with the ability to quickly understand and resolve complex problems Structured and solution-oriented approach, even under pressure Proficiency in English (min. B2 level) - both spoken and written form Time management skills Mile widziane: Advanced SQL skills (e.g., stored procedures, triggers, performance optimization) are not mandatory but would be a plus Experience with SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS, and Zendesk Experience in IT support and familiarity with ITIL processes O projekcie: We are looking for exceptionally motivated and self-driven individuals to join the IT Support Team for international projects. The multinational team is responsible for supporting global business clients and data integration into the client’s platform. The ideal candidate should also have a good record of building solid relationships with clients and be a good team player 😊 The candidate should be willing to work in a flexible hybrid model from an office located in Kraków. For candidates based in Kraków: 2-3 days per week in the office. For candidates outside Kraków: 2-3 days per month in the office + 1-2 weeks of onboarding onsite.
