Opis stanowiska

Wymagania: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field. - 3+ years of professional experience in a technical support or system engineering role. - Strong understanding of networking protocols and principles (DNS, DHCP, HTTP(S), TCP/UDP, PKI). - Fluent in Polish and English with excellent technical communication skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. - Comfort working directly with customers and building long-term, trust-based technical relationships. - Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. - Availability to work in a hybrid model (3 days per week onsite in Kraków, 2 days remote). Candidates from other locations must be available for a 2-week onsite onboarding. Mile widziane: - Certifications such as CCNA or equivalent networking expertise. - Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker). - Knowledge of IoT protocols and related technologies. Zakres obowiązków: - Plan and organize your work based on project priorities, incoming tickets, and assigned tasks, taking ownership of customer issues. - Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize IoT solutions to meet client-specific requirements, analyzing issues end-to-end, asking follow-up questions, and escalating only when necessary. - Guide customers through PoCs, rollouts, and production, including LwM2M deployments, and support them in configuring and using the platform effectively. - Maintain customer-facing technical documentation, including configuration guides, troubleshooting workflows, and project-related materials. - Deliver training and workshops, helping customers understand the platform and adopt best practices. - Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, collecting feedback to inform product improvements and support processes. - Once you are fully onboarded and confident in your responsibilities, you will participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation – this is an additional paid opportunity. Actual interventions are rare, so most of the time it mainly involves monitoring and being on standby.
