Nasze wymagania: Strong technical background Team-oriented mindset and excellent collaboration skills Risk awareness, including identification, mitigation, and control Inquisitive nature with a problem-solving attitude Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, AWS, Azure, Java, Linux, Oracle, or any database is an advantage Strong communication and analytical skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities Proactive and self-motivated approach Mile widziane: Experience in IT support, DevOps, SRE, or IT infrastructure roles Familiarity with ServiceNow (Incident, Problem Records, Change Requests) is an advantage O projekcie: We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to provide global support for Microsoft Dynamics products. This role involves incident analysis, problem management, and collaboration with development, DevOps, and SRE teams to ensure system stability and continuous improvement. You will also handle alerts, manage incidents via ServiceNow, and support regular maintenance and releases, including occasional non-office hours. Zakres obowiązków: Provide production support for Microsoft Dynamics products globally Analyze incidents and work with development teams to deliver solutions Manage Incidents and Problem Records (Problem Coordinator role) via ServiceNow Support ongoing technical and process improvements in collaboration with Support, DevOps, and SRE teams Respond to system alerts and take necessary actions Provide support during weekend releases and maintenance as required Note: Detailed project information will be shared during the recruitment process.
