This role involves incident analysis, problem management, and collaboration with development, DevOps, and SRE teams to ensure system stability and continuous improvement. You will also handle alerts, manage incidents via ServiceNow, and support regular maintenance and releases, including occasional non-office hours. Zakres obowiązków: Provide production support for Microsoft Dynamics products globally Analyze incidents and work with development teams to deliver solutions Manage Incidents and Problem Records (Problem Coordinator role) via ServiceNow Support ongoing technical and process improvements in collaboration with Support, DevOps, and SRE teams Respond to system alerts and take necessary actions Provide support during weekend releases and maintenance as required Note: Detailed project information will be shared during the recruitment process.
