The Role
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting our options trading operations and technology infrastructure. You will work closely with the client’s technology team, and other technology professionals to ensure the smooth operation of our options trading platform. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of a global alternative investment firm. We are seeking a talented and motivated Options Technology Support On-Site Engineer to join our dynamic team in Warsaw.
Typical Job duties would include:
- Act as the client's primary technical contact, providing on-site support for all Options technology systems.
- Monitor internal system health and performance; perform regular maintenance such as software updates and configuration changes.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems to internal teams for timely resolution.
- Respond to client incidents and service requests within defined SLAs, following established incident management processes.
- Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as a trusted technical advisor and proactively addressing their needs.
- Work with Options Technology teams on system enhancements and upgrades, including testing and validation to ensure smooth deployment.
