Technical Support Engineer (Azure / Networking)

O projekcie:
We are looking for a  Networking Support Engineer experience in troubleshooting complex network and cloud environments.

You will provide Azure infrastructure support, focusing on networking issues, diagnostics, and resolving complex customer incidents in enterprise environments.

Wymagania:
- TCP/IP and OSI model knowledge
- Networking (L2/L3), DNS, DHCP, VPN, IPsec
- Experience with Wireshark and troubleshooting tools
- Windows/Linux fundamentals
- Azure/cloud knowledge

Codzienne zadania:
- Azure customer support and incident troubleshooting
- Network troubleshooting (VPN, DNS, firewall, routing)
- Log analysis and diagnostic tools usage
- Collaboration with engineering and operations teams
- Root cause analysis and escalation handling
