As a Technical Support Engineer, you will support enterprise customers using Microsoft security and compliance technologies. You will investigate complex technical incidents, analyze logs, troubleshoot customer environments, and recommend solutions across cloud, server, endpoint, identity, and network infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
• Investigate and resolve complex issues involving the onboarding, deployment, and configuration of Microsoft security products.
• Analyze logs and troubleshoot incidents across cloud, server, endpoint, identity, and network environments.
• Advise customers on product features, recommended configurations, and effective troubleshooting practices.
• Recommend and implement workarounds to mitigate outages and service interruptions.
• Collaborate with Microsoft teams and technical experts to deliver appropriate solutions for customer issues.
• Develop and maintain runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and standardized support documentation.
• Communicate solutions clearly and provide customers with the knowledge required to address similar issues in the future.
• Maintain current knowledge of product roadmaps, security capabilities, and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in technical support, network security, systems administration, or a similar role.
• At least foundational knowledge of two of the following: Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Identity, Defender for Cloud Apps, or Microsoft 365 Defender.
• Understanding of endpoint onboarding, EDR capabilities, security alerts, incidents, Secure Score, and Microsoft security product integration.
• Knowledge of Windows Server, Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID administration.
• Experience with enterprise cloud environments, including cloud security, networking, or hybrid infrastructure.
• Experience supporting customers in large and complex enterprise environments.
• Ability to analyze technical logs, diagnose incidents, and manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service, documentation, collaboration, and crisis communication skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
